Overview
Purpose: Develop a user-friendly mobile application that helps drivers find and reserve parking spots in urban areas efficiently.
The Parkso project addressed the common urban challenge of finding parking through a comprehensive user-centered design process. We began with extensive research to understand driver behaviors, pain points, and needs when searching for parking. Through user interviews and feedback sessions with car owners, we identified key opportunities to streamline the parking discovery process. The resulting app combines real-time parking availability, reservation capabilities, and navigation features to transform the stressful experience of finding parking into a seamless, efficient process.
